Assignment
Produce a short prioritized issue note, proposed language for the most material issue, and questions counsel should resolve before recommending signature.

- Risk & Consistency Reviewer: Section 4 caps liability at three months of fees, including data claims. The brief wants twelve months plus a higher data cap.
- Issue-Spotter / Substantive Reviewer: Section 5 gives 15 days to export at exit and says nothing about backups. D4 sets no deletion timetable.
- Issue-Spotter / Substantive Reviewer: D2: incident notice “without undue delay”, no outside deadline. Subprocessor list not supplied.
